Infrared thermal imaging is included with every inspection, giving clients added insight without an added fee. Top Notch Inspections also does not charge extra for older homes or crawlspaces, helping homeowners and buyers get a more complete evaluation without unnecessary surprises.
For clients who need additional testing, radon and methamphetamine testing are available for an added cost. The goal is simple: provide careful, honest information and a best-effort inspection that respects both the property and the client’s investment.
